Max came to us under very difficult circumstances. He immediately took charge being reassuring and at the same time realistic. When I emailed or phoned, Max would almost always respond IMMEDIATELY. He never wavered with his positivity! Max is a professional in every sense of the word. His negotiating skills are terrific! And most of all he “gets the job done”! Never was Max too busy to speak to us or help us. When it came to closing he was transparent & efficient. We are very fortunate and thankful to have had Max Hahne as our realtor.
